A pedestrian is greeted with minus 32 degrees Celcius (-25.6 degree Fahrenheit) in the town of Divnogorsk, south of the Russia's Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. Severe frost has hit the Krasnoyarsk region for more than two weeks.
