Colombian singer Shakira (R), flanked by Zakumi the official tournament mascot (L), holds the Jo'bulani football that will be used for the final after a press conference on July 10, 2010 at Soccer City Stadium in Soweto, suburb of Johannesburg, on the eve of the 2010 Football World Cup final between The Netherlands and Spain. South Africa basked today in the success of its trouble-free World Cup, as finishing touches were put to the closing ceremony with superstar Shakira and a herd of giant elephant puppets.

Shakira latest photos on the Pyramid Stage

Latin American singer Shakira performs on the Pyramid Stage at the Glastonbury festival near Pilton, Somerset on June 26, 2010. Celebrating it's 40th anniversary this year, the festival showcases some of the world's best artists from all areas of music and performance. This year's headline acts on the main stage include Muse, Gorillaz and Stevie Wonder. Irish rock band U2 were set to also perform until lead singer Bono had to pull out due to needing emergency spinal surgery.
