A Canadian Mountie is silhouetted

A Canadian Mountie is silhouetted at the Air India monument in Toronto June 23, 2010. Canada's government apologized to the families of the 329 victims of the 1985 Air India bombing on Wednesday, saying authorities failed in their duty to prevent the tragedy.
