A neon figure is displayed on Santa Monica Boulevard, the historic Route 66, in West Hollywood, California on August 6, 2010. �On Route � 66 Lights� is a special Art on the Outside project in celebration of the City of West Hollywood�s 25th Anniversary of Cityhood. Art on the Outside projects bring temporary art installations and exhibits out into the public realm to enhance the City�s lively pedestrian-friendly culture.
