A picture shows a portrait of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (L) and her daughter Chelsea by Vietnamese artist is Dao Trong Cuong that Clinton was presented with while attending meetings at the Government Guest House in Hanoi on July 22, 2010. North Korea condemned imminent US-South Korea naval exercises as a threat to global peace as Clinton arrived in Vietnam for Asia-Pacific security talks. Clinton also vowed to increase cooperation in dealing with the legacy of the herbicide Agent Orange, which was sprayed by US aircraft during the Vietnam War to strip trees of foliage to deprive communist Viet Cong forces of cover and food.
