change has happened

Indian sand-sculpture artist Sudarsan Pattnaik gives the finishing touches to a work depicting US President-elect Barack Obama on the beach at Puri, some 70 Kms from Bhubaneshwar on January 20, 2009. Washington pulsed on the eve of Barack Obama's inauguration with a building sense of joy, racial healing and a lightness of mood rarely witnessed during grim months of economic decline.
