A Greenpeace activist, with her body covered in fake oil, takes part in a protest outside the European Commission headquarters in Brussels July 14, 2010. Greenpeace urged the European Union to stop deep sea drilling after BP Plc delayed earlier this week a critical test to determine if a new cap on its blown-out Macondo well can arrest the flow of oil that has gushed into the Gulf of Mexico for the last 12 weeks.
